From our small factory in Machynlleth, our tight-knit team of engineers and riders is revolutionising bike design and manufacture. All of our bikes are made using lug and tube construction, drastically reducing innovation cycles and using fewer resources. Our engineering approach is very simple; we want to be proud of and excited to ride every single bike that we produce. We use cutting-edge technologies, choosing the best approach for the particular challenge in front of us. We believe that a high-quality, perfect-fit bike can transform a rider’s progression whatever stage they are at, so we design bikes for professional racers, big mountain explorers, trail-riders and the grassroots riders that we see at Dyfi Bike Park every weekend.
Our World Championship-winning A Range has created a stir with a string of International race wins and media awards. Laser-printed titanium lugs are joined to custom carbon tubesand Dave Weagle’s DW6 suspension platformdesigned exclusively for Atherton Bikes. This entirely digital process enabled us to innovate and learn very quickly.
Our new S Range also uses lug and tube construction and builds upon these learnings with similar geometry, chassis compliance and strength characteristics. Lugs are manufactured using a re-imagined CNC process and both lugs and tubes are made from Aluminium 7075; a super-strong, 100% recyclable alloy. DW6 gives way to the simpler DW4.
Looking for your dream build? Use our suggested A Range builds as a springboard for your own line-by-line specification. We can supply anything from frame plus shock to a complete bike.
